Canyon Fever

About

Canyon fever is a good kind of fever; you can get it while carving through the many turns of a narrow road, descending deep into a canyon, only two narrow strips of rubber keeping you on the earth; or while cruising along flowy singletrack through a dense forest, dodging tree trunks, branches, rocks and roots.

It’s not about thrills and adrenaline, it’s about feeling alive. Call it zen, concentration, detachment or the feeling of exhilaration resulting from intense focus and effort; we’ll call it canyon fever.
